How, are we supposed to 'clean' them if not with hot water?

they will definitely cost more......i was paying $15 for my albuterol inhaler now it is $30......not a cost I was ready for in my extremely tight budget as it is......It's not our fault the inhalers are changing so I don't think we should have to pay an increase in cost.
