I have been the caregiver of my doughter with severe asthma sence she was two months old . She is nine years old now and I have helped her through the ups and downs of it . She just now is haveing problems with it agin . I,ve had her asthma under control for over two years and something triggered it up agin . So when people takeing care of asthma think attacks can,t happen after no problems for a long while they still need to avoid the triggers and keep looking out for new ones .
