I started Asthma medications in the fall of 2008. I enjoy being active by bike riding, hiking, river rafting and gardening. I am proactive when it come to my healthcare. I am also HIV+ and being so since 1991. I really want to get this Asthma thing under controll so I can enjoy doing all the activities I enjoy
