What a terrific interview!! Very interesting how Kelly discovered that she had celiac disease; and wow, Celiac Chicks is a great blog/resource as well. Thanks for blogging about this, Sloane!

no, I am not gluten-free, but I find that many vegan products are gluten-free as well, so I have been reading up on celiac disease gluten-free diets. very interesting topic that's becoming more and more prevalent in today's society.

actually i'm attending and writing up for foodfit on health central vegan dessert diva fran costigan's vegan dessert class in december. stay tuned for that it will be right up your alley! and im hoping GF so i can sample.
