With all the polluntants in the air they are worried about an inhalers that saves lives. My daughter was in tears when she found out they have been stopped. She feels her life has now been changed and limited. They should worry about the items we dont need such as hairspary, or any of the aerosol beauty products. I live in New Jersy, what about the factories coming home from Newark airport you cant breathe driving by them. Everyone of the Green people who past this law better not be flying, driving cars, using hairspray or for what it matters farting. These fools are worried about an inhaler that saves lives. I hope one of your children never have to have the feeling of not being able to breathe.
It sounds very nice on paper, but the new HFA albuterol inhalers just don't work!!
Changing a life-saving medication for non-medical reasons, an odd proposition to begin with, albeit for decent environmental reasons, would be acceptable IF the replacement did the job. These, emphatically, do not. This is just too serious a medication to fool around with. The internet is accumulating daily more and more desperate pleas to get our old inhalers back. Stories and incident reports of breathing crises brought on by the new rescue inhalers that suddenly don't rescue, are piling up. If the new HFA inhalers passed the tryouts and tests, the tests were rushed or faulty. THEY DO NOT WORK. I urge everyone who is having trouble with HFA albuterol sulfate inhalers to file a report as soon as possible online or by phone with the FDA, tell your doctor and pharmacist, and sign every petition you can find to bring the old inhalers back. We can't breathe, and we must do something to restore our medication.
Kim, you are not alone. Many of us are working to solve this disaster. For more information, visit our petition at:

You will also find the phone number of a pharmacy (right side of petition) where you can still get Warrick CFC Albuterol.
Best Wishes,
