Good advice. I find that I really focus on the air quality ,as you mentioned, during the hot weather. (Something I didn't worry too much about in my pre asthma days.)
I also find that black topped parking lots are far worse than paved parking lots for me during heat waves. Odd what you become aware of, isn't it?
