I dont know if this relates to any other females but I can always tell when it is going to be that 'time of month' for me as I seem to need my inhaler more often before it occurs.

I notice the same thing, and I read an article a few years back (maybe in Self magazine, or something similiar) about the different health risks and how they correlate with the cycle, and it specifically mentioned asthma with during preperiod and period times. (Something to do with hormone changes). I noticed my asthma is less "trigger sensitive" since I had my daughter, and also since I startd taking supplements.
