Ozone effects

I work as a volunteer in a facility that adds ozone to tanks to treat the water for rehabilitating marine animals. Concentraion & Memory Problems

Tired of taking my asthma medications!

I am so tired of taking asthma medications (Advair, Allegra, Xopenex, Flonase). I particularly would like to stop the Advair. I seem to have alot of side effects from all of the medications. I'm new at this but old in general :-)

Perhaps I've had asthma for years but I never embraced this diagnosis. Well, it is real now. I'm seriously concerned for my health. I'm 52 now and pondering: does this worsen with age? I now understand how asthma can kill you. The nighttime attacks terrify me.
