Exercise-Induced Asthma?
It seems like I've been hearing the term "exercise-induced asthma" a lot lately. Does anyone know the symptoms of this, or can you point me to a resource that explains it?I'm not sure that I have it (or that it's even a real medical diagnosis), but whenever I exercise or play sports, it seems like I "lose my breath"... Asthma returning?
I used to suffer from mild asthma when I was a child, but then my symptoms went away for over 10 years. Lately I have noticed my symptoms start to reappear, and I am concerned that my asthma may be returning. Is it possible for asthma to lie dormant and then recur so many years later?
