My doctor wants me to try some blood pressure lowering med for my migraines. I am skeptical because I really don't have them everyday. I have had more lately but so what. Spiriva and asthma

i was prescribed spirva by a cardiologist about 3 years ago after finding out my asthma wasn't well controlled and was causing chest pain. He had also took me off asmacort and put me on flovent. Dysphonia?

I was seen by an ENT doc after a CT scan of my throat and upper airways revealed a slightly enlarged thyroid.
