Hi Felix,

With so much information available to us, it really gets confusing when looking for specific information.  I would like to suggest that you visit the website for the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute.  www.nhlbi.nih.gov This site has everything you need and want to learn about the management and treatment of asthma.  This site is home to the recommended National Guidelines for the Treatment and Management of Asthma that should be practiced by healthcare professionals everywhere.  I'm sure you'll find what you are looking for.  Good luck!
