WHAT IS LATEST TREATMENT OF BRONCHIOLITIS IN ADULS ABOVE 50 YEARS OF AGE

I am 55 years of age, suffering from respiratory difficulty and tightness of chest off and on espacially during winter seasons. It is relieved by bronchodilator inhalers and steroid inhalers.My x-rays chest is normal. There in no wheezing on auscultation of chest. There is minimal cough with small thick whitish sputum. Sometimes difficulty in respiration come suddenly.All CBC is normal. Blood chemistry is with in normal limits except ALT sometimes raised in a small amount.I have no fever,but I feel tired easily.When I took tablets of ketotifen I feel much relieved,but I remained sleepy whole day. It was before off an on but its frequency is increased now.Some doctor suggests of my disease as a variant of bronchiolitis. What is the diagnosis of my illness and its latest treatments
