Exposed to furnace byproduct, basement dust, etc. - now restricted breathing. Please advise.

Hi - I have breathing problems and usually breathe through my mouth when I sleep. I mistakenly slept in a friend's semi-finished basement and later realized I inhaled furnace combustion byproduct and likely other particles found in a basement such as dust, etc. Since then, my blood oxygenation fell...
