Hi Shaiz,   The best way to know what you're allergic to is through allergy testing. Keeping a diary of when your symptoms occur & what you were doing around that time can help identify triggers too.   As far as managing asthma and allergies, the best strategy is to to avoid your triggers, once you know them. And then to take your medicine exactly as prescribed. I am not familiar with the medicines you are using, but if you trust your doctor, then they should be effective. But many people don't take their medicines the way they should, saving them for when they feel really bad, etc.   Asthma medicines, controller medicines, need to be taken every day, usually twice a day, to do their job effectively.   One other thought... if you're not being treated by an asthma/allergy specialist, you should get a consult.
