I have been suffering from asthma ever since the age of 4.
I have never had irregular periods before and since this is the first time I am worried whether this is an effect of taking foracort 200. Also I had my period early this month (around a week before).
My period started on 14th Dec this month and has been continuing for 7 days now. It is still not showing any signs of decrease.
I take foracort 200 daily.
Note: Foracort and Symbicort are the same thing. You can read about the side effects of this medicine here. I have never heard of the symptom you are describing as being caused by this medicine, however, some patients have symptoms that are rare or unique to the individual. The best advice I can give you is to call your physician to hear his expert opinion.
