I CURRENTLY TAKE ADVAIR FOR ASTHMA, (FOR THE LAST 8 YEARS), ALONG WITH ALBUTEROL WHEN NEEDED.  THE ALBUTEROL I  HAVE TAKEN FOR OVER 20 YEARS IF MY ADVIAR RAN OUT OR WAS NOT WORKING.  SO FAR NO HOSPITAL STAY'S.  NO BAD SIDE EFFECTS.  I HAVE CHRONIC ASTHMA SO THE INHALER WOULD BE GOOD FOR HIM IF HE IS NOT CHRONIC YET.  BUT ALWAYS SEE A DOCTOR ANNUALLY!  SOME PEOPLE DO NOT SEE ASTHMA AS THEY DO CANCER, IT IS A DEADLY DESEASE.  BECAUSE I TOOK THEOPHYLLINE FOR THREE YEARS NOW I HAVE ACID REFLUX.  PLEASE CHECK OUT WHAT YOU ARE PRESRIBED.
