I'm not sure what values are being represented above, so it's difficult to know what to tell you about those.  I can assume it's FEV1, however I could be wrong. I'm guessing blindly here, but the 2.32 could be your predicted FEV1 (reference).  Performed a FVC test, and your actual FEV1 ws 1.23, which is 53% of your predicted.  After given a bronchodilator, you performed another FVC, and your FEV1 was 1.34.  If these are the values represented, you would have obstructed airways that are partially reversible with a bronchodilator.  The best way to know if I'm right (or wrong) is to ask your doctor, or to ask the person who performed the test.  Perhas if I saw the actual report I might be able to give you a better answer.

However, I recently wrote a post "Everything asthmatics need to know about Pulmonary Function Tests."  Once you read this post (and follow the links I provide) you should have a better understanding of what I'm referring to above.  Likewise, this should also help you to interpret your lung function test results on your own.

If you have further questions after reading the above post, let me know and I'll see if I can help you.
