Q: Hi...I hope you can help me with this question.I am in a Medical facility...I have COPD...I am on several premixed neb treatments.

I was wondering if it was safe, or should i say, am i getting the same benefits if my nurse adds a bullet of saline to my Albuterol.Thanks :)

To add an amp of saline will still allow you to get the same effect from the medicine. I see no benefit of doing so, unless you want the treatment to run twice as long.
