Hi shellmj,   Our Asmanex drug page on the site said this about itchiness when using the drug:   A very serious allergic reaction to this drug is unlikely, but seek immediate medical attention if it occurs. Symptoms of a serious allergic reaction may include:    * rash    * itching    * swelling    * severe dizziness    * trouble breathing   You may want to call or see your doctor right away and report the itchiness to make sure you're not suffering an allergic reaction to the drug itself or, worse, anaphylaxis, a serious and possibly life-threatening allergic reaction.   You mentioned that you have seasonal allergies too. Do you notice the itchiness after you eat certain foods? If you do, then you may have oral allergy syndrome or "itchy throat." Oral allergy syndrome is an allergic reaction to the proteins in many fruits, vegetables and nuts that are similar to the proteins in the pollen. Usually, cooking the foods eliminates the allergic reaction and prevents the itch, but not always.   But I suggest you tell your doctor about this right away. You don't want to take chances with a drug allergy or anaphylaxis.   Joy B.
