Sorry to hear you're having such a rough time. Vomiting isn't a typical sign of asthma, but severe coughing can trigger the gag reflex, so perhaps that is what's going on. Impossible for us to tell over the Internet.   However, I would strongly encourage you to consult with a pulmonologist, if you haven't already, to get a full evaluation of your airways and to figure out if your current treatment plan for you. It might be that a rescue inhaler is needed. Or something else entirely might be going on. You need more information.   So, think about consulting with a specialist, won't you?   Best, Kathi
