Q: I have severe asthma for 30 years, how can i protect my self from swine flu
I wrote a post about this a while ago. You can check it out here.
wash your hands, dont touch your face (ie eyes/mouth/nose) and get the H1N1 Vaccine, keep taking your medication as per normal and dont stress out over it. So just do and you would to try avoid getting the seasonal flu.
That last link didn't work out so well. Try this one out.
