Q: I have asthma & allergies

I have asthma & allergies, and since Sept 2011 I have been having episodes where I feel like I can't breathe , very short of breathe and feeling full like. I have also been coupghing so much that I actually hear my lungs flapping sound and almost throw up. I used to be on singular and that had helped some. I had went to the ER for it in Sept and they treated me with breathing treatments that I did for almost a month it was so bad.  It seems to also be worse after I eat. I start to cough and feel the need to throw up my food almost. It seems to be getting worse. I was just treated with prednisone this past week for allergy induced asthma that was turning to bronchitis. But still hacking up a lung. I do have a full physocal schedule soon so I can address this all to my dr and get something done. What do you think may be going on with me ? Thank you.Nicole

Hi Nicole,

You're suffering a lot because the indoor air around you has toxins and dust particles that you're very sensitive to! Just purchase a GOOD air purifier. Prices range from $299+.  Make sure you ask how much HEPA and activated carbon the machine contains because most units on the market have LITTLE carbon where you need a lot! Also, try to cut out dairy.

Did that help?
