Q)My main cause of Asthma is ALLERGY. I have very strong Allergy problem.

im having very strong allergy problem ....

im taking medcine properly im avoiding many things .but it seems like if its wriiten on that day i will have asthma problem .....

 

im  going through the treatment of one the best D.R of asthma present in karachi ..his name is DR NADDEEM RIZVI...

 

DRs usually say if some thing is making dont have it ...if i will do this i cannot live cause nothing will be left then ...

im quoting some of those...

1)they say i have to avoid cold water ..im doing it ...

2)i cannot play cricket cause of sand..and im almost a domestic player you can say ,,but asthma coming in between .....

3)i cannot have rice

4)when i take my dinner i feel heavy while breating so i have to take inhailer ...

5)they say i have to avoid pollution ..it cannot be happen in big cities

6)donot have cold drinks ..i cannot have any kind of soft drink ..accept room tempreture water

7)i usually sleep ok ..but some time now it becoming often that..i got astham attack while sleeping ..and it hurts ...

these are some

 

DR says i have strong allergy prob in my BLOOD...in my school days when i got the allergy test ....alllergy in the blood was way above then highest level ....i remeber highest  suppose to be 300 or 400 and i had 800....

so i have given u some idea of my condition .....

 

name of medicine are ..XADINE 120mg...QIUBRON..and SLABO 200 INHAILER

how can i get rid of this problem .....any kind of advice..which make this asthma problem happen little lesser or recomand some medicine which can help ..thanking you
