How do you get rid of post nasal drip - when you've tried everything?

All day long I feel mucus in the back of my throat, can not clear my throat when I try, and I feel like the mucus is in my chest. I have tried everything and nothing seems to work I even had sinus surgery in May 08 - but that didn't seem to solve this problem. This is becoming very bothersome…
