elo2282:   You sound very frustrated. Post nasal drip is very irritating and can affect your overall feeling of health.   You mentioned that you have tried "everything" and then specifically mentioned surgery. Two of the things that can cause post nasal drip include allergies and sinus infections. Have you been able to have any allergies evaluated? If so, are they things that you now avoid? Have you tried non-medicated options like a nasal rinse - not just the spray, but the bottle or pot?   If you have tried all of these things and just don't feel that the results are what you want, return to your health provider. If necessary, try  another provider who might have additional insight. Post nasal drip IS controllable.   Good luck & Breathe Easy!   Gerri Rivers, AE-C
