i'm 22,i had 2 asthma attacks in my life both happened after an argument.do i need medications?

hi   i'm a 22 years old full time student, parents are not very supportive, both emotionally and finacially, i lately got into some housing  problems. i had a rather serious asthma attack after an argument, that required the help from the paramedics, i only had one similar asthma…
