How do I lower the humidity in my Home? I have set my ac on 74 and it helps but then I get cold.  I know winter is coming here in West Virginia and the heating system will lower the humidity but what can I do now to help me breath easier?

Buy a humidifier for your room at night... If you get one that is smaller you can move it from room to room with you and over time you can try to buy one for multiple rooms. If you have asthma it is a great investment when you love out here in the humidity

You can use a dehumidifier. We have one in our basement and it works really well.  If you shop around you should be able to find one reasonably priced too.
