Q: I have been taking the 250/50. I can get free samples of the 500/50. Is it as safe as the 250/50?

Are you talking about Advair here? If so, your doctor is the one who can best determine the safest medication and dosage for you. However, you might be interested to read Dr. Thompson's recent article on the safety of Advair and Symbicort.
