Q: Does Advair and singulaair effect the vocal cords? I sang in the church choir before being hospitalized 3 times back to back with asthma attacks and once with pneumonia. My voice is raspy.

It cuts off in the middle of singing and I no longer sing solo parts because I can not be depended upon to sing all the way through. I was told that I has a beautiful soprano voice. Now it might be that way for two min. then fade in/out on a song and sometimes my throat is in pain. When I speak I sound clear, hoarse, clear, no voice all within amatter of a couple of minutes. Is this a side effect of Advair (AM &PM dose)and singulair (PM dose)? I also have to get a wax for a mustache and have a lot of ingrown facial hair in my chin along with a look of pregnancy. Are these side effects that are the price to pay for "feeling well" for the last 1 1/2 years
