Probably the best person to pose this question to would be your pharmacist, so I suggest you give him or her a call. But my guess is no, it won't be OK. I'm guessing the water could have contaminated the dry powder blister pack. I doubt it is watertight, as normally there would be no reason for it to be.
I'm sure this isn't what you want to hear, but you don't want your asthma to go out of control because you're not getting the medicine you need when you inhale.
