Every time I use my Albuterol inhaler, I get the sores too, mostly on the roof of my mouth. They show up about 24 hours after I use it. They aren't canker sores or cold sores, they're more like tiny pimples, and they can be very painful. I've tried rinsing and gargling with water immediately after using my inhaler, but I still get them. I haven't tried salt water, but I'll try that next.
