I have this too! I used to swim on a team. After any sprints I would get a strong salty/blood taste in my mouth. My face would also turn very bright red and very hot for at least 45 min to an hour. I was told it was probably asthma but the medications they gave me never helped.
I have always had frequent nosebleeds.
