Hi Rambo... The best person to discuss your asthma with would be your doctor, who is familiar with your full medical history. I can tell you though that the severity of asthma can vary through the years. Though there is no cure for asthma, some people do find that its severity lessens as they grow older. This is definitely NOT true for everyone, however.

It could be that you're feeling so well now because your asthma is being controlled by the Foracort you're taking. If you were to stop taking that, your symptoms could worsen. But I am only guessing as I don't know you or your history, other than what you've told here.

This is a great opportunity to open a discussion with your doctor... or even to consider a consultation with an asthma specialist, such as a pulmonologist or an allergist/immunologist. So give him or her a call, OK?

To your continued stable health,

Kathi
