Sahil,   I'm not sure I can understand exactly what type of help you are looking for, but if your spouse is having asthma symptoms daily, that's a sure sign that her asthma is out of control. If she's not taking asthma medication at this point, she probably needs to be. And if she IS taking asthma medication, but is still having symptoms daily, then her medication may need to be changed in some way.   My advice is that you take her to see her doctor as soon as possible, possibly an allergist or other asthma specialist. Meanwhile, you can help her to avoid her asthma triggers, if you know what they are. You don't say where you live, but if you are in the northern hemisphere, then weed pollen and mold spores are likely culprits as asthma triggers right now. So, staying indoors when pollen and mold counts are high is a good idea. But it's also possible that indoor triggers such as animal dander, mold and dust might be causing her symptoms. So, working to eliminate those from your home can also help, if those are the problem.   To your health, Kathi
