Can anaphylaxis present itself as a mild intermittant(several x's daily) pounding in the chest with chest tightness and congestion. This occurs especially after 2 glasses of wine the night before. My heart has been stress tested and is fine and I do not have asthma. Curious as to why it is a mild and only intermittant pounding w/the tightness. I am athletic and feel fine during exercise.
