The best way to diagnose and treat any chronic condition is by working with your doctor.  However much we would like to diagnose and treat over the Internet, we are unable to do so.  If you have a specific question you wish to ask we would be more than happy to answer it.

Rick is definitely right about consulting with your doctor. Consider a consult with an allergist or pulmonologist (asthma experts) if you've never done so in the past. Might find you get a whole new approach to treatment out of that.

For your runny nose, have you ever tried a saline nasal rinse? Many people these days are finding it really helps relieve nasal congestion and other nasal symptoms. And that can help reduce the cough too at times. It's all natural and easy to do. Read more about it here.
