There is are two good sites here about arthritis. One is called www.myosteoarthritiscentral.com, and the other is www.myRAcentral.com for Rhuematoid Arthritis. You can find out a great deal of information there about activities that will benefit you. As always, online sites are great places to get the information you need in order to manage your healthcare, but they can not take the place of your doctor's solid medical advice. If you are experiencing a situation that is serious, please see your doctor.
