Lifting Weights Stunt/Affect Growth
Does lifting weights and working out affect growth at all? I have heard mixed answers to this and was wondering what the truth behind lifting weights is.
I'm not sure this is the best question to be asking us humble asthma experts. However, it seems I would suspect the answer would be no, but that's only speculation. I know professional basketball players start working out in their teens and it doesn't seem to effect their growth. Yet, to be honest, I don't have a specific answer to your question. Perhaps you can find a more specific answer here.
