Hi there,   I don't think we have enough information to really answer this question with any authority. You don't say if you already have a diagnosis of asthma or not. If you do, then coughing for several days in a row could mean your asthma control is slipping. Do you have a rescue inhaler you can use as needed? Have you been exposed to allergy/asthma triggers, such as a high pollen count?   I am also wondering if you are running a fever or not? Have you ever been diagnosed with bronchitis in the past?   My advice is to make an appointment to be seen by your doctor. An exam is probably your best bet to getting an accurate diagnosis.   To your health, Kathi
