Q: affordable medications

Hello,

 

My inhaler cost is $190.83 for one advair diskette how can I receive this cheaper or what should I do since this is necessary.

Hi Delphine,

 

GlaxoSmithKline is the maker of the Advair diskette.  They have a Patient Assistance Program that can provide qualified individuals medication at low or no cost.  You can log onto their website at www.gsk.com or contact them at 1-888-825-5249 to get more information.  You may also want to ask your provider.  They sometimes have Patient Assistant Program forms on hand for particular manufactuers.  Also, look into your state's health insurance program.  If you don't qualify for Medicaid or Medicare, there may be other options to get assistance with obtaining your medication.  Good luck!

you can not get advair cheaper,but you can talk to your doctor to prescripe a cheaper inhaler. that what I did and my new inhaler work as good as advair
