According to the CDC the flu shots can be given on the same day.  If the nasal mist is used it is recommended they be given 30 days apart.

They can be given together, or apart it does not matter.  However there is a study ongoing about the 2 shots....  it basically is looking into the benefit (if any) of getting both the H1N1 and seasonal... so far what they have found is that if you get both, the H1N1 will work but the seasonal may not, I have not looked into the full details of this study at this time though.  It may be something to look into if you would want to get both.  Some doctors that I have spoken to regarding this say to get the H1N1 only.  Again, something you may want to look into.  Have a good day.
