Q: er thinks its asthma doctor wont give me another prescription for inhaler

they only gave me one proventil inhaler for my coughing   and they said i had phenomia  thats was three months ago  and i still have the coughing wich seems to help i have about 100 puffs left of my inhaler and how do i get a refill on ,my inhaler- my doctor wont give me one  and i belive i have asthma   i dont get the asthma kit  like a blue thing and spacer  and extra inhaler for school or work how do i get the  extra inhaler  i am still coughing with it whistling please help  i still have the coughing and one inhaler   should i have an extra one  how do i get the extra one?
