Knowledge is power!   However, we are not able to give you a diagnosis over the Intenet. That requires a physical examination, knowledge of your medical history and possibly testing. I'd encourage you to see a doctor, possibly a respiratory specialist such as a pulmonologist, for an evaluation and diagnosis. It might be that once your pneumonia clears up, your respiratory symptoms will go away.
