Hi there, Putri,

Great question! While it's true that cold air, especially windy cold air can be an asthma trigger, it may or may not be a trigger for you. Only time will tell. The best thing you can do for yourself is to stick with your asthma treatment plan. Take your asthma medication every day as prescribed, and that should help keep your asthma under control, no matter where you are living.

Also, I find that breathing through a scarf placed over my mouth and nose or a neck gaiter helps warm the air when I am out in the cold and prevent my asthma symptoms from kicking up.

To your health,

Kathi
