I am 69 years old and have asthma for 23 years, I am taking Theophylline and Methylprednisolone 4 MG

I developed astheosporosis from the estoroids when I am in low dosage my body goes into flem spasiums, is there any other drug in the market that will reduce my intake of steroids and relieve my asthma symptoms?
