I think that you are talking about eczema on your daughter's face. Both asthma and eczema are responses from our immune systems. It is VERY common for both to be experienced by the same person.
I don't know how old your daughter is, but if she has an allergic component in her asthma, an allergy component may also cause her eczema breakouts. This is very common in children.
Be assured that both can be controlled. Try to observe if your daughter's eczema and asthma seem to flare around the same timeframe. See if the typical things that can cause eczema to get worse are present around your daughter (certain laundry detergents, soaps, facial cleansers, toothpastes, animals in the home). Note these things and take this information to your daughter's next visit with the doctor.
Good luck & Breathe Easy!

NO there is no connection with asthma and emphysema , ASthma has to do with constricting of your lungs and air ways, EmphysemeIs a diease of the lungs that causes you to make it hard for you to breathe , That most people end up on oxgyen,
Your lungs is in bad shape and there is not any thing you can do for it , like you can asthma.
