Asthma Symptoms

A simple relaxation technique may be able to reduce symptoms of
asthma, a new study suggests. Researchers from University College
London found that people under stress breathe from their upper
chest. They say that asthma patients should try relaxing their
shoulders and breathing gently from their belly. In the study, this
breathing treatment did not change lung function, but it did make
patients feel better.
