Exercise-induced asthma, or EIA for short, is a type of asthma where symptoms are triggered by activity or exercise.
If you experience coughing, wheezing, or chest tightness when you exercise, you might have EIA. Or, if you feel extremely tired or winded when you exert yourself, EIA could be the culprit. So, if you're having those symptoms, be sure to check with your doctor to find out if exercise-induced asthma is the cause. Don't try to diagnose yourself... other conditions might mimic...
