Heart Hurts When Inhaling
MAS; Meconium pneumonitis (inflammation of the lungs)
Symptoms
- Bluish skin color (cyanosis) in the infant
- Breathing problems
- Difficulty breathing (the infant needs to work hard to breathe)
- No breathing
- Rapid breathing
- Limpness in infant at birth
Signs and tests
