The improper use of home nebulizers may lead to serious asthma complications or death, a new study suggests. Researchers at Michigan State University looked at the data on asthma deaths over several years and found indications the people with nebulizers--which turn medications into inhaled droplets--may have used the device instead of seeking medical treatment.
